Artist in Residence in Grafisch Atelier Daglicht/ Print Lab Daglicht, Maart/April 2015

The faculties of the Technical University Eindhoven (TU/e) are connected with air bridges. In my artist-in-residence period I am building an imaginative air bridge  in-between the Grafisch Atelier Daglicht and TU/e. Both institutions are located on the same terrain but has a life of their own, I want to take an advantage of that situation and create inspiring links in-between them.  From my work space I make contact with researchers who work with digital visualisation. I meet them and let them inspire me. On my turn I show them the graphic workshop with the different graphic techniques. It doesn't stay only with inspiration. I work together with several PhD students and professors to create graphic work on the borders of science and art. The period is short: most important are the meetings and the translations of science into art and vice versa. The first experiments has been created, with the goal to grow into solid and independent projects in the near future.

This project supported and hosted by Stichting Grafisch Atelier Daglicht and is made possible with the fund for Talent development by the Stimuleringsfonds
